Not a link. Not IPFS. The bytes of the recording are the instruction data of a version 1 transaction — which holds 4096 bytes where a legacy one holds 1232. That is the only reason a voice note fits.

1. open the transaction on Solscan
2. copy the instruction data
3. run it through any hex → file converter
4. save it as .opus — it plays
